STEP 1: Once you have processed payment, you will have the choice to upload your current resume or fill out our resume questionnaire so we’re able to get a complete review of your background, skills, education, and future career goals.
STEP 2: Next, you’ll be assigned a resume writer that best matches your background.
STEP 3: Within 48 hours you will receive the first draft of your resume via email. At this point you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and work with your resume writer on any necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied.
If you’ve selected to receive one of our discounted packages that include the cover letter, thank-you letter or LinkedIn Makeover, your services will begin immediately after the completion of your resume.

STEP 2: Once your resume is completed or we’ve received the supporting documents necessary, your LinkedIn Specialist will begin the work on your Profile Makeover immediately.
STEP 3: You will receive the first draft of your LinkedIn Summary Sheet within 48 business hours. You then have an opportunity to provide feedback and ask for revisions until you are completely satisfied with the final product.
Step 4: Once you are satisfied, you will receive a step-by-step guide to creating a fully optimized LinkedIn Profile and how to use LinkedIn to maximize your job search.

You will receive the first draft of your resume, letter or LinkedIn Profile via-email within 48 business hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed Monday thru Friday AFTER 5pm EST will be considered next day orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be considered Monday orders.If a delivery time falls on the weekend or a Holiday, the order will be delivered on the following business day.

We provide an interactive service and are open to feedback and communication during your time with us. Communication between you and your Resume Writer or LinkedIn Specialist will be done via-email.

You will have seven business days to return any feedback, edits or revisions you have on your resume and your assigned Resume Writer will work with you until you are satisfied.
